To view the status of any order or to view open, past or pending orders, please visit the My Account section of the website. The My Account link is at the top right of any page. Find your order status by selecting “Order History” or “Invoice History” on the left navigation and search for the order in question. You will see a column titled “Order Status”.
At the time an order is placed, your credit card will be authorized for the total purchase amount.
Once an order has been submitted, additional items cannot be added to the order. If you’d like to modify or change an order, please contact Hawkin Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your order and initiate a new order.
Orders placed with Ground Shipping (Monday through Friday) typically ship out within 2 business days. Orders will be processed and shipped from our Montana location.
Orders placed with an expedited shipping method before 12:00pm Mountain Standard Time (Monday – Friday) will be processed and shipped on the same business day. Expedited orders must be shipped to a physical address (no PO Boxes) for delivery timelines to be guaranteed. Expedited orders submitted on Saturday, Sunday or recognized national holidays will ship on the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Hawkin only sells to customers in the United States.
